St. Louis Cardinals 2006 World Series Collector's Edition (DVD, 2006, 8 Disc Set)

This is a must get DVD for all St. Louis Cardinal fans. It has the 2006 Championship Series game 5 and 7 against the Mets and all the World Series games with the Tigers. It has every pitch of the games. Plus there all no commercials betwen innings. Also, they have interviews with some of the players and Tony La Russa after the Worls Series.You can watch at your leisure. It made the winter go quickly. All baseball purists would enjoy them. I have no complaints about any of the DVD'S.

This is an excellent collection perfectly preserving the 2006 World Series. It is just like watching the games live on TV but better because of the lack of commercials. The interviews and other special features are very interesting and very fun for any Cards fan. The inclusion of games 5 and 7 of the NLCS was another bonus, I had forgotten how amazing of a game the clincher against the Mets was, but this collection perfectly preserved all of the feelings that I had felt when watching it live.

I'm a huge baseball fan. I love this set of DVDs that A&E has put out. I loved this matchup with the Cards and the Tigers, even though I was pulling for the Tigers.

Excellent DVDs. Most, as to be expected, is the games as broadcast on FOX. Extras are OK which include a short section on the 1982 world champs.

History of baseball, always love that. St. Louis Cardinals winning a world series. what more can you ask for? 7 full games.

The DVDs have good quality video and audio. I like how a couple of games from the NLCS were included. I also like how you the chapters are set up by half inning. It makes it very easy to navigate through each game. The bonus DVD has some good features too.

I always wanted a copy of the 2006 World Series however it was too expensive. This was very inexpensive and the service was great.

I have been looking for this for a long time, I received it and before I sat down for evening dinner, I had to pop the first DVD in to watch while eating dinner.

I bought the world series collector's edition for my dad's birthday who has been a cardinals fan since I was a child. Not only was the merchandise in great condition, but I needed it delivered quickly due to his birthday coming up.
