This book is so well-written! I enjoyed Keladry's strength and self-respect. I like how she is aware of her own weaknesses, and seeks to strengthen them. I like her positive, realistic, empathetic attitude in the face of adversity. I loved them and I know my daughter will enjoy them too. A fun, very realistic (well...for fantasy-fiction) adventure book to read without so many of the negative-elements that detract from so many other books of the genre.
