I love this phone. It is perfect for me. Works great and looks great. Would buy more for more lines if I had them. The only down side I hate finger prints and it shows them easily on the very smoothe finish. But that is fine!

For being a used phone it was in great condition cosmetically. The vibrate feature has a rattle to it but all in all the phone is great. Thanks!

The phone is very nice and I did recieve it quickly. Though the phone is not a Sprint phone like I thought it was. It is a Qwest phone, I did send out an email, still waiting for response.

When you open this phone it "feels" well built unlike other phones I've had that feel like they are going to break apart when you open them. Mine has survived counts drops and keeps on working. Battery has never just fallen off for no reason (like others). Had my first one for almost 2 years and still holds a long charge, got my second for a replacement for my daughter and this one is as great as the first. I have only good things to say about my Katana II!!

i liked the phone...it was purchased as is but i did not know that i could not hear out of it..But i did get a partially refund on the phone. thank you.

i really wanted this phone i use to have one and i loved it ! it was my favorite phone that i had. but i dislike that it said it was in a condition that it was not. they said it was used but they did not say that it was falling apart. so i was disappointed. but they helped and refunded some money and we worked it out
