Spore (PC Games, 2008)

The following review is from my 10 year old daughter. I bought the Spore game for her for Christmas she loves it! My 12 year old son also loves the game! My daughter had purchased the Creature Creator a few months before the Full Spore game was released. Once you purchase the full version the Creature Creator is no longer needed (it is included on the full version). You will be able to find all of your creatures that you created in the Spore universe. I would suggest that since the full version is now available that you should purchase it instead of wasting your money on the Creature Creator since really it was just a demo. Anyways, here is the review:
The Spore game is very interesting because you get to see your creature grow. I like the option you have to make friends or make the tribe your enemy once you get through cell stage, creature stage, and move on to tribal stage. You can bring tribes gift baskets with food if you become friends or fight off enemy tribes when they attack your camp. When you kill or make friends with a tribe you get a totem pole piece, the totem pole grows until you have all the pieces. There are also wild animals that try to steal your food. Most wild animals are small, you can try to make it your pet or kill it for food. When you have all the totem pole pieces you move on to the civilazation stage where you can build buildings and create vehicles. You can make tanks, cars, boats, space ships, and out of this world vehicles. Once you are done with this stage you move on to the final stage which is the space stage where you conquer and make friends with other planets.
