Rather lightweight both in size and content. Superficial overview of the spoons of the West leaving one wanting more. The illustrations are adequate but only touch high points. Overall, from a collector's point of view, this is a very good book for a noob and also, has a place in one's library. Unfortunately, the softcover edition (is there a hard bound?) is flimsy.
