Spirit - Lewis, Leona (CD)

If you've never heard of Leona Lewis, you should check this album out. Most of the songs are great and her voice is unbelievable. Simon Crowell called her (something like) "the best new talent out there" and I agree with him. Not every song is a winner, but most are.

I absolutely love her voice...like an angel's! She's going to be a big star and very soon! My favorite song on the CD by far is, Better in Time..just beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! Laurie

Great CD! I'm positive there will be at least 6 or 7 big hits for Leona Lewis from this CD. Maria Carey and Whitney Houston have nothing on this girl. She is great.

I like almost everyone of the songs on this CD. You can really tell that the music was really thought out. I bought the CD for Bleeding and am glad I bought the whole CD, this is a must buy. A good mix of the old and the new.

She is an amazing talent. The song "Footprints in the Sand" will blow you away. If you love Celine and Mariah, you will adore Leona!

LEONA IS A VERY TALENTED YOUNG LADY.HER VOICE IS MELLOW,SOULFUL AND EXCITING.I FIRST HEARD HER ON LATE NIGHT TELEVISION AND WAS IMPRESSED.

This is a documentary/movie/comedy about the night life. This movie will only make sense if you live in L.A. or New York City. It is not for Mid-Westeners or red necks from down South. It is very funny if you have experienced this life style growing up in the big city and survived. I only recommend this movie to people that are open minded and enjoy Indie films or cult films. This movie would fall along the lines of The Kentucky Fried Movie except that it deals with todays club scene. Nudity is not bad but the drug use and very detailed explanation is not for the weak.

i only like on song on this disk...rest all sound the same to me. i shoulda just downloaded that song from itunes instead of buying the entire cd but hey...now i know.

This is an excellent cd. I would extremely recommend this cd. I bought this cd for the "Bleeding love" song not knowing what other songs were on it. I'm very impressed with it all. Its a great cd by a excellent singer.

Better than Whitney, more pop than Mariah! Excellent CD. This is a must have for anyone interested in this genre. Love the BETTER IN TIME track. A pop sensation in the US.

She's got a great voice. She's very talented. A combo of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey at their best. Completly in love w/ the CD, songwriting, and voice.

I decided to buy this CD because I had heard the first release on the radio, "Bleeding love" and liked it. I had heard people compare her voice to mariah carey, whitney houston and a few others. After listening to the CD, I think she is even better!! The sound of her voice is so different from the other people on the radio right now. and the songs on the cd are catchy. and no profanity or anything on the cd so i don't feel guilty playing it in the car with my 2 year old and 4 year old.

This cd is absolutley WONDERFUL! I love every song on the cd. My favorites though are Footprints in the Sand and Here I Am.

I would recommend this cd to anyone who is looking to listen to something completely different from what is out there today!

The music is realy good and the arrangement was nice. I enjoyed listening to the CD. It was easy to listen to and some very different types of music. I didn't know she was the winner of Idol UK till after I listened to it but now I know why.
