I love animated films and I thought my son will like to watch it he is 7 month old now and he likes to sit and watch spirit the stallion once in a while

It was NEW, SEALED and played perfectly. Was exactly what I wanted. I needed it to replace one that was used so much by my grandson that it was starting to skip in places! I am a very satisfied customer!

This movie is an EXCELLENT "family night" movie with children under 13. We love this movie and hope it will be loved by many generations to come.

To sum it up, if you have horses or just a child who loves them.. THIS IS the movie for your little one! We have horses, and this is a move about a Mustang and his challenges to fit into the Wild West, also of course inhabited by many other animals, horses and of course humans in the form of the U.S. Army also staking claim to the wild west. Believe it or not, a growing up type love story for the wild mustang who learns to branch out, find love and make friends along the way. Narrated by Matt Damon, its easy to follow from the day the young Mustang is born to the end of all his trials and tribulations. The LONE part of the movie that I don't agree with is a simple "gun shot" which startles a horse and its rider into the water, then over a waterfall! Just a little much for the little ones, but its pretty tame since the shot doesn't actually HIT anyone :-) My 3 year old daughter will watch this movie over and over and over and over if we'd let her :-)

We purchased this item for our son. We had seen this before but did not own the DVD. We wanted to show him a movie about horses (an animal that he loves) and talk to him about injustices and perseverence and overcoming evils. It was excellent.

Because it was cheaper than I could purchase at a local store. However, I did not recieve it in time for a Christmas gift as it was intended. I like the product but the seller would not respond to e-mails until I went through PayPal.

My six year old loves all things that have to do with horses. She had asked for this movie for Christmas and I couldn't find it in any stores. I'm so glad I checked on ebay and found it for her in time for Christmas. She loves the movie and has been watching it every day for over a week!

The item was just as described. My son loves this movie. My whole family enjoys watching it together.

A film which manages to give horses the personality and, well, “spirit” they in fact have without resorting to heavy voice over or speaking animals. Instead, we are given a film reminiscent of the silents in terms of showing and not telling, yet creating distinct, memorable characters and a fully developed plot, complete with an amazingly relatable love story. With breathtaking animation and a funky rock soundtrack adding a wonderfully anachronistic touch, the film stands out among more traditional animation fare, and among many films this year as well.

Bought this one for my 3 year old granddaughter who is crazy about horses. She has her own copy at her house but also enjoys watching it when she comes to visit here. Because it is an "extra," getting it so inexpensively made it a good choice for us. The DVD arrived in "as stated" condition and we have not been disappointed in any way with the purchase.

I would be satisfied if the seller sent me the DVD with its case together. And I think the sellers earned money by charging us buyers higher shipping fee.

I always like everything I get from e-bay. I like that I can read the feedback from other people about the sellers/buyers. I use e-bay so much that when I turned my computer on yesterday she said "Yes!!! We are going shopping!" The movie I bought is great! No scrathes, just put it in the DVD player and, well since it is my daughter's favorite, it hasn't left. Thanks e-bay. This is such a great way to shop! In your PJs with your little girl on your knee!

it took over 30 days to receive this movie (it was for my daughters birthday) and the disc has a lot of scratches and there's a big $9.99 sticker (the big red ones you see at blockbuster) right on the front covering one of the horses faces. I'm usually extremely happy with my purchases on half.com but this time I'll think twice before I buy...well from the same seller anyway!

I love the movie, is awesome!!! I bought it because the one we had my son used it so much that it was useless, he loves this movie, he loves horses and is a great story about trust, love and freedom!!!!!!!!!

As a mother of 4, any video that they can all agree on must be a good one. "Spirit" is by far my 3 year olds favorite video. He loves acting out the scenes, and since there is little dialogue to follow, he doesn't lose interest. I don't allow many shows or videos in our home, but I can't find anything I don't like about this movie. No bad language, no bad attitudes, just an exciting journey about freedom. Can you tell I like watching it with my kids?? I finally bought this copy because I thought it was unfair that we checked out the library copy so much!

Ive seen this movie before. I bought this copy for my daughter who loves horses. Unfortunately, the post office lost this somewhere and I never received it.

This is an excellent movie!! I have 2 children ages 2 & 3, and they just loved it!!! It is an awesome story of never giving up and it is great for kids. We bought it because our daughter LOVES horses and we just knew she would love an entire movie about them and she DID! A great film, I highly recommend it for the entire family, I even enjoyed it myself.
