Spider-Man (1992) (Game Gear, 1992)

Spider-Man for the Sega Game Gear is much like Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin for Sega Genesis. The Kingpin has kidnapped Mary Jane and Spiderman has to get past thugs, police officers, dogs, a forklift driver, Dr. Octopus, Dr. Lizard, and more before time runs out. After a level, you will have the option of resting(restores your energy and deducts from the time you have to save Mary Jane) or continuing on. You can get money for taking pictures of the thugs and even more for the bosses(Doc Oc, etc.). The graphics are cool for what the Game gear has to offer and the music adds a nice touch. I found this game to be rather challenging since I couldn't make it past the third level(electric factory). Maybe I will be able to overcome the odds if I play more. I bought this becuase this is a game that doesn't show up on here very often and I am a fan of Spider-Man. Mine came boxed with the manual, so that was a big help. If you see Spider-Man for a reasonable price, be sure to pick it up. Enjoy.
