I bought this DVD because I was told it was one of the very first "strange" films of it's type. And it delivers on that.
Lon Chaney Jr. is amiable and layered in one of his best roles in a lot of years, and newcomer Sid Haig is odd in one of his very first films. The movie is well paced, unusual, and holds interest throughout. Recommended to fans of Chaney Jr. and genre fans in general.
