I myself am i fan of this band just because they are awesome !! Love the music they produce and they are just too cool !!! I bought this because my dad is a fan and asked me to get the dvd for him. I really loved the performance they made. Over all this product is awesome !!1 =)

) I've gone to Who concerts and have seen numerous live Who dvd's. This one is a cut above the rest. First of all, no matter what arena they play in, they pretty much all look the same. The Who at the Royal Albert Hall has this "grand" feel to it. It's like walking into a nice clean house with carpets which is warm and comfortable and a dime a dozen, but compare that to walking into a mansion with all hardwood floors and all the best furniture. It has an elegant feel. This is what the Who at the Royal Albert Hall has to offer to viewers. Second, it was for a great cause. This concert helped raise money for sick children unfortunate enough to be stricken with cancer. Third, the out of the ordinary special guests joining the Who on stage was incredible. I highly enjoyed this concert dvd and if you are a Who fan, you will love it too!

Although I could do without the "Special Guests", the concert itself is excellent with a good song selection and The Who playing once again as a 5-piece band (as apposed to the Orchestras in the Tommy and Quadraphenia tours).
There is a lot of energy and the band seems to be actually enjoying themselves. Entwistle and Townshend are in top form and do some amazing jams during My Wife and The Real Me. The only sad part about the concert is thinking that Entwistle died only a year or so after this. Watching this concern reminds you how important he was to the band and their sound and why he was named Bass Player of the Millenium.
I also wonder why after 1982 why Townshend could never seem to write new material for the Who, yet he was able to produce several quality solo records.
