A Speaker's Guidebook by Dan O'Hair, Hannah Rubenstein, Rob Stewart (2006, Paperback, Spiral)

Good, book came on time and all went well. I ordered the book and a couple of days later the book arrived. Good communication and emails back and forth. I would recommend that others use this person, I will use them again when I need a book.

I bought it for my public speaking class in college and it explained everything in baby steps - which I DESPERATELY needed! I got an A!

very boring. know everything in it already. bought for speech class. you don't need this book for self help. only buy it if u absolutely must.

I found the book very easy to read and understand and study from. It has tabs for the seperate sections, a section for words commonly mispronounced, and a section for MLA, APA, and Chicago documentation. It really helped me to get a B+ in my Public Speaking class.

This book is the 3rd edition, and I had to take a public speaking class that required the 4th edition of this book. There was a $70 price difference between the two editions. I asked my professor if there was that vast of a difference between the two editions, and if he mined if I used the 3rd edition instead. He said he did not think that the editions could be much different and I saved myself $70 bucks! If you're in my boat shop around!

Arrived in better shape then expected. Usually used books have their fair share of problems. Scuffs, bent pages etc. This book arrived looking like it had very little use. Cover and pages were in perfect order.

I love the fact that my book was sent out right away as promised. I ordered this book for a summer class and I ordered it so far in advance because the last two times I ordered from half.com one of my books never showed up and the other one took about 5 weeks for me to receive it. I bought it for a public speaking class, but it ended up being the wrong book for the class. It was nicely constructed. It was easy to navigate through. Overall, if I needed the book, it wouldve been a good read.

The book was in good condition. It was received in a timely manner. The book was a great price. It was very useful and helped me to overcome my nervousness. I have recommended other to this site. The books are much cheaper than the ones in the school bookstore!

I was unable to use this book because it took too long to arrive. I bought it for my daughter and she ended up having to buy it new at her college bookstore. I would not buy a book this way again. I am sure the book is great. Does anyone want to buy it from me?

i bought the book Speaker's Guidebook for a college class that i have and i loved the book. the book showed me everything i needed to know for my speech class. this is great book for anybody that wants to know a little bit about public speaking.

The book is good. It has good information. Personally for my class I don't feel like it was ABSOLUTELY necessary because our teacher gives lectures that are very similar to the book. It was really a good move to buy online for $30 vs the $80 I would have spent on campus in the book store, even IF the book is slightly worn.

Great book, it has help me a lot in my Speech and Journalism class. Would recommend this book. Sometimes you might think you know everything, but this books it's just a review of what you might know. If you are scare of talking in public this is the book you need to read.
