Spartan: Total Warrior (Xbox, 2005)

Spartan Total warrior was a total surprise. Looked a lot like Dynasty Warriors or 300 but was much better !! Lots of fun to play, did get a bit repititous like these types of games will. The only thing I didnt care for was that when you beat the game, you cant start over with all your upgrades... oh well. Good replay value as well.

Love - The graphics, the action, weapons, and moves your able to perform. The environment, the story even if it is not factual. Never gets repetitive. The bosses are some of the biggest and most impressive amongst all video games. Very comparable to "God Of War"

Dislikes - I would have to think hard and get back to you on that...... Using the bow and arrow is a pain not easy to aim at target. Sometimes beating a level or final boss take many trial and errors before successful.

It is an awsome game play i would of rate it a Excellent if had multi player and Live but its the best non Live game ive played before You and our army are protecting the spartans empire. its is so great have to see it

A fun and addictive game. Its a hack and slash style game but with a god of war-esque spin, which is refreshing. Longer would have been nicer, but longer would be nicer for any good game so that doesnt mean much.

This Game Grabs you from the start and does not let go! It's lush graphics and easy playability make it an awesome hack and slash. It has a relative straight forward but interesting story line to keep the action moving along at a rapid pace.So, I ws very inpressed with it from the start. The only reason I did not give it an Excellent rating is because when Spartan's graphics are compared to it's contemporary "God of War" it comes up a little lacking.

OH god I love the spartans, eventhough they have pretty strict laws, the discipline they had to go through, (forgive me all marines for saying this but), put our marine training to shame. This IS sparta and you will fight off the Power of the Roman Empire right off the bat as they attempt to invade Sparta. What makes this game the best action/button masher out there and right up there with God of War is the fact YOU are a spartan soldier fighting WITH your comrades in the clash against Rome. You get some solo missions, but there are several mission where you are in the huge fray slicing up romans. There is great effects and you will be a "chosen one" by Ares. If you love 300, there is without a doubt you will just love this game. GET THIS GAME NOW THO, IT HAS BECOME RARE IS SELLING FOR UP TO $100. DON'T MISS OUT.

A really fun game. A friend came over and played it for 6 hours, I couldn't get him to stop. Finally he left when he ralized he had to get back to his family.

I looked everywhere for this game for my grandson for Christmas, no one had it. I was getting frantic because it was the only one he wanted. Then it struck me why not e-bay sometimes the shipping is very fast and even if I didn't get it in time he would know it was coming. I was surprised to find a lot of them there, quickly reviewed sellers and bought it from a very nice person who made sure that it got here in time. Grandson was very happy, the game is great works perfect. He plays it all the time it came with all the inserts and booklets, just like new. Also paid less than half what it would have been is the store. I recommend buying all your games from e-bay sellers, great games and great prices.
