For monster movie fans, this movie is great. The monsters are awesome (especially Gezora) and the plot is actually interesting. The special effects are just the kind of cheesy to make you laugh while keeping you involved in the movie--I actually found myself a bit scared the people were going to get killed a few times by giant rubber tentacles! If you like Godzilla, then you can't go wrong with this movie. It doesn't have our big green hero in it, but Toho does not disappoint. I also loved the little documentary they added as an extra!
Like I said at the beginning, this movie is great for MONSTER MOVIE FANS, so if you're expecting oscar-winning entertainment you're out of luck.
