The Best Book of BBQ I Have Seen Yet!!!

I am a collector of BBQ Recipes--rubs and sauces; hard woods, coal or gas fires, and cookbooks. The first Better Homes and Gardens BBQ Cookbook was probably the best in its time--which was comprehensive in looking at the equipment, precautions, setting time tables for all the different kinds of meat and other items that would be cooked, as well as its recipes. I think all BBQ lovers, who are cookbook collectors (over 550+ cookbooks and over 1 million recipes--not from these cookbooks), want to find the secrets to all BBQ recipes from around the world. In America, it would be the regions: the Carolinas, Memphis, Kansas City, Texas--and Hawaii where I live, and every place in between. What are the special ingredients to your best BBQ meat rubs and sauces, and, more importantly, in what specific proportions do these ingredients need to blend into to create that special taste, then added at that specific time to create that "broke the mouth" (as we say in Hawaii) signature flavor--which for some compete to win that Blue Ribbon?!!!! I think this book comes close enough to sharing the flavors of the regions, so you can play around with them to create that ultimate taste that will win over that one judge's opinion that matters most . . . YOU!!! Aloha and Happy Barbequing!!! [If you think you already have that Winner Rub or Sauce and want share it, I am always open to adding another recipe to my collection! <jsnesq@live.com> Thank you!!!]
