south park is probably the rudest filthyiest most discustingly hilarious show ever to hit tv. South park is an equal oportunity offender, making fun of everything from dead babies to alian anal probes and from nambla to masturbating dogs and paris hiltons love of giving head --- This is not a show for children but is a hilarious masterpice for fans of dick and fart jokes.

We never received this item. We paid for it and complained to the seller and e-bay and got no where. We will never buy off of e-bay again.

Come on, folks, it's the lovely kids of South Park. You shouldn't be buying it if you don't know what you're getting into. You can see where it all began in this DVD box set. Colorful, well-presented, and definitely a must-have. The extras are nice.

Very funny first season. It gets the show off and running and the plot is just as strong as it is today! Great season, great show, worth buying.

First off let me say if you do not know what south park is by now, I suggest you watch it on comedy central before attempting a purchase. This cartoon is not for everyone. And ESPECIALLY NOT FOR KIDS.

Season one is what I expected..... every episode from season one of course LOL. It is a 3 disc box set.

I love this show, although some episodes are way too out there.

Season one has all the classic episodes which made this series so dang popular.

I only give this particular set a good rating because the creators matt parker and trey stone do a interview before each episode and its rather quite boring. And you cant skip past it because it will go to the next episode on the disc and of course you have to watch that interview for the next episode too.

They got rid of this rubbish by season three.

Other than the corny interview I would say buy this set first, whether reliving episodes or watching for the first time.

It is inconvenient to find the episodes on tv when you want to see them. Much easier to watch it on dvd.

Watch the show on Comedy Central. Wanted to be able to catch up. Great cartoon FOR ADULTS OR OLDER TEENS!!! This is not for small children. Lots of foul language and sexual references.

I was never into South Park. I guess it's because I have only seen the show once in awhile. I decided to buy this set and I was happy that I did. Now I am starting to understand the humor and the story line. It's funny, but not good for childern. Once I started to watch it, I have had to try to get all of the seasons. Just to find out what happens to these cute kids. JK

Classic South Park episodes. Mecha-Streisand, Weight Gain 4000, Pink-Eye, Death, Cartman Gets an Anal Probe, Damien, etc.. Great to see what started the SP phenomenon.

Of course I looked at what I could afford, but most of all I saw that it was new, in great shape, and exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the outcome. I watched all the episodes and I don't have anything bad to say.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone have weird minds. Their jokes are all centered around potty this and potty that, they like to use swear words a lot (mostly bleeped), and almost everything that they do has been done before whether on the Simpsons or Beavis and Butthead. So some of their humor can be tiresome. But they still do it in a fresh way with the crude cartoons of South Park. The characters are just different enough that they all work together well. They try to give us a moral of the story for every episode, then it's like who cares-whatever. It took me a while to warm up to the South Park kids when I first seen them on Comedy Central, but then I realized that they could be the Seinfeld of animation. They tackle cutting edge subjects that no one else would think of, and no one else could probably get away with.

Season One is a good season, especially after watching it for how many years and looking back at how they started. It has the classics "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe" and "Mr. Hanky The Christmas Poo", which I think are pretty much self explanatory by the titles. The intros to the episodes (with Parker and Stone) are funny at first, but I grew tired of them and fast forwarded right to the episodes. Maybe you'll like them, maybe not. All in all, if you like South Park, it's a great season to start with.
