I've been doing Tae Bo for years, so the cardio section of this is a welcome change. It is challenging and great for a busy morning at only 20 minutes. The pilates sections are okay - my only complaint is that she doesn't explain the proper position/method for the floor exercises - she assumes you know. Maybe it's my fitness level, but I'm not able to sit with my arms straight and move my legs through the air. I have another pilates video which shows several variations of each move, so when I do the SB video, I adapt for my skill level (by laying down or going down to my elbows). Otherwise, the 20 & 15 minute time spurts are perfect for me - a new mom - and I am challenged by the exercises.
