
A diet plan I could stick to,

The diet was recommended by someone who has remained trimmed all her life and also was used by someone who lost a lot of weight over a few months. The diet allows for plenty of vegetables and salads (which I love) and plenty of low fat proteins, without the need for measuring portions. It also allowed for a glass of wine after the first phase, and I do love my glass of wine everyday. I've actually stuck to the more stringent first phase for over 4 weeks now, since my I've actually gotten used to eating no bread, pasta, or potatoes and have been eating mostly fresh vegetables. Overall, it is a diet which I am having no problem in maintaining, but again, I am stubborn and strong willed and determined not to have my cravings control me in staying fat. Most of all, it is a healthy diet (not like Atkin's!) which is also good for my skin, cholesteral levels and blood pressure.
