This is an excellent diet for a healthier lifestyle. It goes into what sorts of things aren't healthy and why. There's a guide you can even copy off and take with you to the grocery store next time you need to shop for appropriate foods. It even suprises you by listing some foods people think might be fairly healthy but actually arent. There is a pretty extensive meal plan for each phase of the diet, and if you follow it, you WILL lose weight. I've read the book.. I've done the diet.. I've lost weight. Easy as that. It takes some self control and dedication but this is a life changing book if you will let it be.
