
The recipes are great and so are the meal plans!!!

I really liked the book. The book is divided into two parts: Part I consists of what is and understanding the South Beach Diet and Part II which consists of Meal Plans and Recipes. I found this book very informative and introduced to me some things I had not known about diets previously. The recipes are great as are the meal plans. One has to change ones mindset and lifestyle to lose the weight, sounds hard but is not impossible.
