All rights reserved.| Movie Description Tony Soprano returns, as does the entire cast (at least those that have not been whacked) in a box set chronicling the complete second season of the highly acclaimed HBO series. Tony continues to have family troubles--both immediate and otherwise--as he adjusts to being the new don of one of the most notorious crime syndicates in America. This season is packed with violent action, hilarious comedy, and the signature unspoken sexual longings between Tony (James Gandolfini) and his psychiatrist Dr. Melfi (Lorraine Bracco). This season also includes the first intimacy seen between Tony and his wife Carmela (Edie Falco) and the death of Barbara's father-in-law.

Top Reviews 10 of 11 people found this review helpful. this season is my second most favorite out of all sopranos seasons. the first season is mu ultimate favorite, but this season comes in second best. I love the characters of Matthew Bevilaqua and Sean Gismonte and the way they pulled their hit on Christopher which went wrong. An excellent season overall and a must have for any sopranos collector.
