The Sopranos - The Complete Second Season (DVD, 2001)

Tony Soprano returns, as does the entire cast (at least those that have not been whacked) in a box set chronicling the complete second season of the highly acclaimed HBO series. Tony continues to have family troubles--both immediate and otherwise--as he adjusts to being the new don of one of the most notorious crime syndicates in America. This season is packed with violent action, hilarious comedy, and the signature unspoken sexual longings between Tony (James Gandolfini) and his psychiatrist Dr. Melfi (Lorraine Bracco). This season also includes the first intimacy seen between Tony and his wife Carmela (Edie Falco) and the death of Barbara's father-in-law.

Almost as good as the first season. Still explosive and chill bump causing, just doesn't have the eliment of suprise the first season slaps you with. This is one best series that was ever put out by HBO. If you like mophia movies, you'll love the in your face antics from this one.

I bought this DVD for mainly one reason - Richie Apriel. If you are a Sopranos fan, this needs to be on your wall next to the remaining seasons. Season 2 gives us more insight to the very complex character of one of our most beloved mob bosses, Tony Soprano. This season helps us understand just how miserable Tony's childhood must've been now that we get to know Janice a bit better. I would go in to greater detail, but some people haven't seen this season or are just getting into the show, now that it's ending, and I don't want to give anything away.

great dvd exactly what was advertised. already bought season 3 from an ebay seller. I am now thinking of selling what I have.

This one took a bit longer to arrive than I would have liked, however the product when I received it was in great condition. I purchased it because the s&h charges were reasonable. I would buy from this vendor again.

I received the product in a timely manor and in very condition. Good Deal. The seller, I would recommend to other's. On some occassions I have not received the product (from other sellers) and at times feeled compelled not to use Ebay/half.com anymore. However, it's seller like this one that keep people like me believing in ebay and the free-market system that it promotes. I'm happy with the purchase and the price paid. I purchased the second season DVD set even though I had it on VHS. For some reason I watched the second season more than the others. I expected some product defects, but there were a significant amount of surface imperfections. However, all discs are playable.

This season has a few really good episodes that involve Janice and Tony's therapist. I also really enjoyed the FBI survillance episode. You also start respecting Carmella for putting up with Tony and his mob activity.

It was well worth the purchase price. You get your monies worth in this DVD collection. Any diehard Sopranos fan would thoroughly enjoy the complete second season.

Excellent condition of the Soprano Second Season DVDs. Box was also in Mint condtion which i like. I waited probably a week at the most at was here before you knew it. I have seen all the dvds and all of them were a joy to watch!

I love the Sopranoes, and wanted every episode. The second season is one of the greatest seasons. It is very dramatic. I love all the characters, you just get right into it.

i like the movie i dislike its only 1, but i suppose thats was due to my neglagiance, i should have read the whole description before bidding. the movie came with lightning fast delivery, and also had no scratches. overall i am very pleased.

they were bought as a gift for a friend. She really like them. the dvd's were received in good shape. mu friend was really surprised.

a must have for the fan of the series if you dont got this you need it because you may not understand the later shows

I bought this DVD, there was nothing that said it was a foreign copy. It WILL NOT play in our DVD player. I bought this as new in box. I tried to contact the seller, with no response. I bought this for a gift, and it would not work.
