It is difficult to write a review on an item when it is only tested on one stereo car system. I have a stock Delco system in my car and I installed a pair of Sony's XS-GTX1640 Coaxial Car Speakers. I got a very good variation of sounds. Deep lows and piercing highs. Pending on what you're listening to. CD's need to be EQ'd to get the write sound to your taste. Listening to FM radio has a great body of sound. I played Metal, hard rock, classical, pop, jazz and hip hop. These speakers after being EQ'd acheived a very nice sound.

Sound Real good. Although some of the reviews I read were a little exagerated it was still definatly worth what I payed for.

YES!!!Don't do as I do! I replaced speakers in a Roland CUBE Street amp with the XS-GTX1640's. This is ser ious!!! The difference...!!! ...the tone is so much greater...!!!

speakersSpeakers arrived quickly and they are great! Changed the blown speakers in my big screen TV and the new sound blew me away.
They are worth the few $ more.
