Sony Wireless Controller for PlayStation 3

I like that the design is the same as the Playstation 2 controllers, but I don't like the light feel about it. The left sticks seem to wear out quickly, the main control for moving most characters around, clicking down on L3, so a character can sprint seems to put more wear on the left stick. A new controller is very responsive to the lightest touch, and I do like the sixaxis a lot for the motion control, especially for parachutes, driving radius, etc. It is a very good controller but Sony could design the left stick a little stronger, considering what its functions are. Don't plan on sprinting your character much with it, you will soon find the character, can barely move forward naturally, and becomes unresponsive or with many delays, because of the left stick. Not great quality for the price. Good for Sony, bad for the gamer, who will have to buy more controllers more often

Basic controller, has all of the usual features minus the "shock". As a result, it wastes less power and is much lighter in your hands. Works perfectly, what else can you ask for.

I don't know what to think about the playstation 3 controller since it does not work. I need a new one.

This contoler is a major upgrade from the ps2 controllers. The ease of mobility with the controller is essential for gaming. Some great things about this controller is that it is rechargable with a common input. A bad thing about this is that the provided cord by Sony is way too short. The battery life could be a little longer, other than that this is a quality product!

This controller looked identical to the official Sony PS3 controllers, and in fact was made by SixAxis as well. However, it did not have actual "wireless" built in like the original, but came with a USB receiver that was required to be inserted into the PS3 in order to work.

In addition, the range from the PS3 was extremely limited, even after confirming with the seller that there was no malfunctions. Buttons worked inconsistently (either because of a physical problem with the controller or receiver problems) after first or second use.

Finally but least important, the LED's on the device were weak and barely visible.

I love my PS3 to be honest. I have games that are multiplayer offline games, so I needed more controllers to beat up on my friends. I saw this remote and I was very pleased to see how the price was and how fast I got it. I decided to buy it because I needed another remote for my friends that I have over. They always complain about how they can beat me so I decided to get me another remote.

THIS PRODUCT WAS ADVERTISED AS BOTH CONTROLERS IN WORKING ORDER,,SHOULD HAVE SAID BOTH CONTROLERS BROKEN AND IN NEED OF REPAIR.

The wireless controller has been for the last month working with no problems,the battery keeps a charge for very long time.My other controller is the dual shock, but I prefer the standard controller, its lighter and dose feel like burden after playing games for a couple of hours.

In the beguine it was ok but after two day it did not work any more! So it’s broke, and I throw it a way.

This PS3 controller is in working condition as described. However it has broken pieces inside, I can hears something 'Rattle' around when shaken. Also it's very dirty, they could have at least cleaned it before selling.

Now that Sony only makes the Sixaxis Duelshock controllers for PS3, the original Sixaxis controllers are hard to find. I prefer the original to the newer version. Don't like the rumbling in my hands while I'm playing. It's a shame they can't make both versions for players that prefer the original controller.
