With the bluetooth technology this is great for your personal entertainment. The wireless headset is very comfortable and has great sound. Videos are small but play well. The biggest problem with the video aspect was getting them to download to the player. If you go to the Sony site and register yourself you can then get in and find Media Manager Pro as a download. This will cost you $13 but is the only program I could find that would convert video files to a format that the walkman would sync to. The program works well and is worth it though to get the full potential out of the A828. (Leave it to Sony to charge you to make their product work!) I bought this in hopes of being able to share videos of our first grandchild that is due in April. With the Media Manager Pro program I think I should be able to if the kids ever send us some videos.
I do use it at work to listen to music and watch videos with. The one drawback is that there aren't many cases out there that allow you to attatch it to your belt so it is difficult to carry. Still looking for something to solve this problem. All in all I would say it was well worth the money I paid for the player and bluetooth headset on Ebay and am really having a blast with it!

Typical Sony Quality
) I also have an IPOD Nano...this product is far superior in every way. I love the wireless feature and the wireless headset was a very pleasant surprise too. The headset and also the earbuds pass high quality music, yet you can still hear conversations at normal volumn, much better earbuds than with the Nano. Both my Nano and Walkman are 8's but loading the same tunes I have 1/2 gig more remaining on the Sony.
The primary weakness (Sony) is lack of useful music mgt software-what you get is very basic. You are forced to use Windows MP or get a third part product. I used MediaMonkey, a powereful free version is available or you can buy the Gold for $20. Now I have music & play list mgt capability with hardware that are both far better than my IPOD/ITUNES. MediaMonkey works with both my IPOD and my Walkman.
