Sony Vaio AP1L MP3 player

Sony touted this machine as the ipod killer, then abruptly took the item off production. It's too bad they did not keep it in production and refine the model. I own 2 of these mp3 players. They are larger and heavier than Ipods, but I believe are just as versitile. 40gb is enough memory for any audiophile.
My players have over 10,000 songs, and I can still add photos from my camera from it with plenty of room to spare. The touch pad is alittle quirky, I usually just put it on shuffle play and get on with my workday.
I purchase the original item at sonystyle for around $275, used one on EBAY usually run $125. Since I am invested timewise into Sony's sonic stage file conversion tools, this player works way better than anything Sony has produced to this date. I think Sony really F4cked up not investing more time into refining this player.
