I purchase a used Sony Digital Answering Machine at a very low auction price. Because I am both an eBay buyer & a seller I understand the importance of product presentation, handling costs & feedback. When I bought this machine, I noticed that the photo was of the actual item, unlike others offered on eBay. When it arrived I found an item that was exactly as described. Other machines that I watched drew more bids, but used stock photos giving the appearance of a new product. The product description was very accurate & the seller happened to have a 100% feedback rating over hundreds of sales. I also considered other auctioned machines where sellers had lower feedback ratings, but I considered none lower than 97%. I made my purchase with confidence. The machine was what I expected.
If there was anything that was not "perfect" about my purchase it was that the seller left personal messages on the machine & the machine was shipped very dirty. These were small things & easily fixed.

this item was used but in excellent condition and working extremely good.I bought this item cause I have only caller ID on my home phone to keep a low monthly bill.this machine allows me to recieve messages from important callers and for callers i want to avoid to have to leave messages that i will or will not return.I also recieved this item in a timely manner
