Big CityI bought a receiver on 8/25/09 took a week to get it (free shipping) when it got here it made a humming noise called the company to return it, which I did using fed ex $35.00, never received my replacement,had to call 4 times over the next month only to be told it was on its way. On the 3rd call i asked for a full refund and a refund of my return shipping they said it would be done that day,which it was not,finally a week later i called again and 4 days later they refunded my full amount minus the shipping i paid. Terrible customer service!!!!In the end got my refund oct.5th have no receiver and am out $35.00. Will NEVER use them again.
