This item is good sounds very good and clean. Especialy HDMI inputs i like that better than using Rca's and also it's very loud and very crisp.also it has optical audio that sounds good too that really helps with my blu ray player. I recommend purchasing this item

Picked this receiver up on Friday and by Saturday evening the left front speaker input jack had already quit. Sony (who was NO HELP at all advised me that it was a "manufacturing defect" and to send it in for repair. Needless to say, Im just going to return it and get a different brand receiver. Plus, it does not have the built in decoder for DTS or Dolby Digital even through HDMI. This receiver is GARBAGE!

Have been very satisfied with the receiver
Has lots of connections for any type of setup
I am using all of the hdmi's inputs.
Have a directv hd dvr, ps 3, 52in Sony lcd and Yamaha 5.1 speakers
The remote is well laid out all the buttons are easy to read
Display is very easy to see even with a lot of light in the room
Setup was easy thanks to the mic that comes with it just plug it in place in the middle of the room and it checks each speaker output availability
blue-rays sound like you are in the movie theater,same with HD/5.1
I have had no issues with this receiver and would recommend it. 105 watts was plenty of power even for the large room i have it in.
The price for receiver was very good, I looked at a couple others with similar features and they were more expensive
