Sony SLV-D271P DVD Player / VCR Combo

Very good TV reception, clean looking, good value. Quiet, fast rewind on tape. Remote control easy to use. Have S-video, component and video output.

I wanted a system that played DVD's as well as VHS tapes. This system takes up less space than having seperate units. These systems are priced very reasonable as well!

We are enjoying our new Sony SLV-D271P DVD/VCR Combo Player! It is just what we were looking for to do all the things we were wanting in a unit. Would recommend one of these players to anyone. Has alot of functions to it, and everything is in great working order. Easy to understand instructions. As far as not liking certain things about it, Well...I cannot think of anything that we do not like. We just love it! We are very glad we purchased one of these Sony players!

Sony dvd player has been very much involved, since all my dvds i watch are on this player. My DVDs, VCD, Videos, and also the most important feature, Record, which i do everyday since I am working and dont have the time to watch the tv shows, I usually record them and watch them every night when i get home. Looking at this, i can say that DVD player has become an important part of my life and i wouldn't trade it with anything.

I enjoy my Dvd / Vcr combo because it gives me the choice to play either a vcr tape or an dvd. I decided to purchase this item because the one I had before stopped working. I also appreciate this e-seller because I actually lost the bid but when the winner did not fulfill their obligation the seller offered the item to me for at the price of my original bid

We needed a new VCR player and bought this one. It was a good price and great product. I'd recommend this product to anyone that needs a vcr and is on a budget.

I have two of these DVD/VCR players and love them. Easy to set up, has built in tuner, remote control is easy to use. No mechanical problems after 3 years of use.

I already own one of these and love it. They are getting harder to find and this one was at the right price. Couldn't turn down the great deal.

It was in new conditon and works perfectly.
I bought the item because it was a sony and had a 75 ohms input and output connection.

My DVD player is Sony BDP-S301. When I play a blu-ray DVD, I find that it works better than BDP-350 at my friend home. I do not have a SLV-D271P.

The DVD player/VCR combo is a great product. It was a little difficult to set up but after that is it was great.

My old VCR died and I had lot of tapes that I wanted to transfer to Disc.
With my new recorder I will be able to do this. Sony is a name I can trust. That is why I purchased this one.

Unit was packaged and worked as advertised. We needed a replacement and this met all our expectations. Sony has good reputation that is why we decided to buy it.

Shipping was expensive but fast because I live in the same city. The player DVD part of the unit was defective so I returned it. It worked but the sound went to a whisper when I switched from vhs to dvd. I'm sure it was a circuit problem. It was something the seller could have easily overlooked. I still haven't got the refund and I lost the shipping fee as well.
