Sony RDR-GX257 DVD Recorder

Well I bought it for my dad and he loves it because his purpose was to record dvds and thats what it does!

This DVD recorder player is one of the best player / Recorders ever. But what else can you expect from Sony. All my other electronics are sony such as the PS3 TV's Radios VCR's. An example is this LAst year i had bought a Nintendo DS Lite and 11 months later their was a problem with the battery or charger I called the customer service and the warenty was a few days past so it wasn't covered and they had wanted something like $80 bucks pluss shipping to fix it so i had bought a new battery & charger on ebay and still the datn thing didn't work. about 6 month prior to the purchess of the DS i had bought a PSP and to this day it still works. And that goes to show you don't buy anything else but Sony It may cost a fraction more but its well worth it I plan on buying another TV abd you can bet it will be a Sony Thanks for you time A Happy Customer
