Seller sold the broken item, UMD cover fall off as soon as i open to put the game, there is not WLAN switch. How do i go online without wlan and no umd !!!

"What do you mean the back fell apart, did the umd cover fall off? If it did then it snaps right back on and then just slip in the metal pin
looking thing into it so it pops open when propted to.
It was in perfect working condition when I sent it to you. I tested it
before I shipped it and everything was fine including the umd door and
the Lan switch. Something must have happened during the shipping
process. Mail men do not take care of the packages that they are given
to deliver. But you didnt pay for shipping insurance so I couldnt buy
more materials to package it even better than I did.
The LAN switch should be there as I said before it was in working
condtion when I shipped it out. It might have been knocked around
during transit and it could have fell out so check the box if it is in
there. "

Basically Seller knew its broken from the UMD cover, he knew there is no wlan switch, he knew who ever will buy will suffer with this mess, he even email me saying " mail me back, pay shipping feee, i will repair and mail back to you" means he wants me to spend more n more money. He knew this is broken item, so he can fix it like he did before on the same one and try to sale it again.

I am very disappointed with this seller action. I even told him you give me other accessories. just refund 60 dollars back to me, since you gave me mlb game, extra charge and case. I will take 60 + 25 dollars shipping loss and done with this.

Seller is refusing to workout, so i had to contact paypal on this. I bought brandnew psp today since i had this bad exp with ebay seller. If i will not get right solution then i may not be buying anything from ebay and also share this with all friends, family regarding this experience. I do not like to go after any one and mess up their credit but if i dont have any other choice then i will take appropiate action to solve this.

Not in perfect cosmetic condition, but overall performance and usage is great! Love how good the psp-1000 system works. Would recommend owning it but it will not play us umd except Japanese umd. Overall great system to use.

It was a great price for this system. The ceramic white faceplate was put on halfway which leads to some of the buttons being used without touch.I guess ill try to tighten the faceplate with something later. The down bottom is one of those being used. Its annoying sometimes but as I said im sure i could fix this with the right tools.Great product though.....Also the item was received on time. Seller answered all my questions.

the item i received was as described. the psp freezes now and then and i have to take the battery out to reset the system .i dont know if it needs to be upgraded or not because it is a japanese version..overall the look and feel i like better than the slim model...i am looking into the other japanese versions because they offer other colors to choose from...overall i like the item dont love it because it freezes,annoying..

Sony Playstation is a great product. Therefore, I figured we would try the PSP for the kids. Our kids originally had the GameBoy Advance, which was not bad, but as the systems get better and our love for Playstation, we decided to give it a shot. We are very pleased with what the PSP is capable of doing and the graphics are outstanding. It is a bit pricey, but quality prevails for this system...well worth the money.
