hello again, well all you said okay, but you says nothing if the product is shipping to my country, I have reason to distrust.
I cancel the dispute, once it you can provide:
If you send the product (a document)
if you have the document that shows who sent it (to my destination)
better if you can scan it to see the best (or a photo)
or when I get the product (should not take more than 25 days, because in the same day of I PAY your items I also pay other, and already I get it)
I have received products from Hong Kong but this is my first time I have problems, well hopefully you can attach and send to this mail.

PD:when I get the items I will close the case, I want the psp not the money.
