Pretty good headphones, depends on your use

Bought these for my own use, to watch TV in bed at night without distubring my wife. I've had them for a month. It does what I intended pretty well.
Sound quality is good, earphones are very comfortable even for extended use.
Couple of caveats: the cord from the base to the headphone jack on the TV is pretty short, only 3 feet or so, so you need to have a spot for the base closeby. Similarly the power cord could be longer.
I get a hiss in the earphones when I lean back in a more reclined position on the bed, about 20 degrees. It disappers as soon as I sit up a bit.
I have tried it on the computer and on the stereo. The range is OK, not what is advertised, but I can hear around the house (I have a six-room ranch). I was just trying it out, not intending to use it for that purpose. Sound is good, definitely not up to the best earphones from Bose that I tried at a friend's house, but OK for me since I am not an audiophile.
For the price I paid, about $50, these are a good value for me, especially since it lets my wife sleep better.
