Harmonic distortion really noticable at the earphones!

Well,
The headphone set has host of features but the earphone set reproduces harmonic distortion really audible even if the base unit is not in use. (Out of the room etc.) The cinema effect is the best feature of it. Line In or digital inputs on the base unit portrays it's potential. But the receiver unit uses radio frequency (rf) signal in two analog separate frequencies for each channel. Those carrier frequencies are not digital like bluetooth. So the distortion is unavoidable.
The build date on the manual is 2003. So the technology tells by itself, if possible look for a more developed wireless system if you need so!
