Top Reviews Review created: 06/02/06 by: 11 of 17 people found this review helpful. Its reall good, I like the weight not to heavey for me as I am a small person. The handle is a little uncomfortable however it is doable with all the neat features and all the cool stuff you can do.. its alot better then the first DV cameras they had out ... Its worth the cost the best under 5,000 that you can find I believe anyway. I dislike the handle as I said above but that can easyly be replaced or fixed by adding some kind of foam around it,.. The price of the camera remains strong sustaining its price without dropping even on eBay, and for cams that are few years old and used lightly. The picture quality in both HD and SD is fantastic when viewed on an HDTV of course! Be aware, the HD camera will not hide any blemishes of people because of the amazing pic quality that it produces. When purchasing and using the cam, be assured to use either a tripod and/or a shoulder stabilizer because the cam does get a little heavy after a while and you certainly want to make sure that you don't have jitters in your final finished shooting. Everything works as state checked all the way down to manual settings from iris... gain.. white balance.. ect... all audio levels are accurate and mic lines work as well... I bought this because of the excellent price deal .. 2,400 Used is way better then 3600 new when the camera has low hours of use. Review ID: 10000000007300192 Was this review helpful? This camera is all around one of the easiest to operate in its class. The picture is exceptional and the wide range of accessories and options for this camera are great. I know there are many customers pleased with this camera and Sony as a whole - - I am just another happy customer. If you want something that just works, and can be as advanced as you choose (with presets and customization) then this is the camera for you. Review ID: 10000000006756860 Was this review helpful?
