I bought this camcorder at Sears for $725.00, five years ago and have been so pleased with it that when it fell by accident in the swimming pool, I ran back to the store to buy the same.It is difficult to match.
I had this one before I bought my new one and I can highly recommend it. Never had a problem with it ever. Made fantastic films and even my children could easily use it and enjoy it!
This is the best camcorder I have ever owned. The remote commander, the memory stick, the ease of operation and the powerful zoom are just some of the great features. This is my second one.
The quality of the video is outstanding. Much better than today's later models. I prefer the quality of the 8mm tape compared to the mini DVD. This is the second DCR TRV320 that I have owned. The first one was damaged on a trip (chip in lense) and was unrepairable. I was delighted to obtain another one in great condition.
This has to be one of Sony's all time best. It's laoded with so many easy to use features. If you want to transfer your old 8mm tapes to computer & DVD, get this camcorder, it does it in a snap. Great Camcoder. I also have Sony's DCR-HC96.
Very good camcorder. Has features no longer available and has the ability to playback both Hi-8 and Digital 8 tapes. Can easily connect to computer with DV/Firewire cable.
This is a superb camcorder. So many features, I still don't use them all. The best feature is the analog to digital conversion. Instead of paying big bucks to have somebody digitize all my old analog tapes, I just connect the Sony TRV320 to the VCR and presto! digital tapes. I haven't seen a modern camcorder with this feature. Like everybody says about the TRV320--they just don't make them like this anymore!!
