i bought my daughter one for christmas she loves it it has so much to offer for reasonable price. i would request owners of phones before to erase their info like phone numbers and pictures second phone we got this seasons with info still on it

I love the phone, great features, easy to use, great signal, loud ringtone & good/clear sounding mp3 player. Sony Ericsson are just all around good phones for the money. Easy to text - fast internet. The only thing I noticed was that the battery went down kinda fast when I first purchased it but, it may have been my fault. I was using it constantly and I may not have let it fully charge. It seems to be staying charged much longer now.

it is a wonderful phone and i am pleased with there response time and quick delivery. they forgot the batteries and i contacted and they shipped them out the same day i would recommend them to anyone

It has bad connection for the phone and mp3, it keeps turn off by itself. I upload a new update software at Sony and still didn't resolve the problem. Don't buy.

If you like flip phones then you will love this one. I love the Pink color and the keys light up when you get a text or call. I bought this phone to replace the Sony W810i coz I wanted a flip phone that would be easier to put in my pocket without keys getting pushed. And this little phone is so much like the W810i, I was surprised and happy about that.
