i placed a bid on this phone and then payed for it and a lady called me saying the phone was broken and my money would be sent back and so far my money is still not back and i have no phone

Phone work good but has some issues. Low volume
) Phone I received may be a fake. Works alright on AT&T. Walkman catalog doesn't work well or the phone doesn't read my micro-SD card very well. Phone doesn't have speed dialing. Some of the buttons don't work all of the time. I wouldn't buy another one.

it's very small & light the t9 works great for messages but the camera isn't that good so you can't take very good pictures and if you use the alarm went it's charging dasn't work so you can't charge it during night.

Transaction was smooth and the only complaint I had was it took a while to get here, but I have to understand where it came from. The transation was great and seller was great and friendly. I am sure I could have paid more to get it sooner but it was fine, I didn't need it right away. The phone works great as well and I enjoyed all the nice accessories that came with it.

I sent the compnay this email on April 12, 2009, and to date I'm still getting the runaround. The last email sent on May 5, 2009, I asked them for there mailing address I'm going to send them the phone back and take the $56.00 loss.
I received a phone from your company a couple of weeks ago, I won online at ebay. I previously owned the same phone and wanted to replace with the same one. I noticed that the your company sent me a used and bent battery. At time the phone cuts off by it's self. I not close to any type of devices that will reset the phone. It also does the same thing when it is charging.
I know it has been more that 7 days, I just wanted to send my feed back to you this way. When online at ebay, it will not let me send a negative remark. Other than those few issues I'm happy with the phone. So here you go.
