Sony Ericsson T637 (AT&T)

I have been using this phone for more than a year now and have had no problems till date. The phone was top of the line when it was introduced in the market. It comes packed with tons of ringtones and a couple of games(Golf and VRally).
The phone has good battery life and also this was my first bluetooth phone, love this feature.

Overall the phone has all the features (bluetooth,Camera...) one would need, if you are looking for an MP3 player get an IPOD :-)...

The Sony Ericsson T637 is a non-flip phone full of features, including the following:

I love using the phone with my Bluetooth setup in the car. The phone has a camera and numerous features, most of which would likely never be used. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth device on the phone doesn't work all that well, and seems to have trouble communicating with other Bluetooth devices, including my car for one. Also, the phone is very slow at times and even crashes - it seems as if the processor is not powerful enough. To make matters worse, the build quality of the phone is terrible. My joystick in the middle of the phone is largely unresponsive at times. Also, there is dust beginning to seep into my screen under the outside cover.

The Sony Ericsson T637 has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, poor engineering and manufacturing don't allow it to be fully realized.

Great phone, never had a problem. This phone had reception in areas where our other family cell did not, using the same provider. Kids loved the games and the toggle, adults mostly used the phone and bluetooth. So may features.... We had to pay full price for it but no regrets.

The t637 is towards the top of my list when it comes to cell phones. I would still own it today if it wasn't for a unfortuante incident with a roller coaster.

The signal on this phone is absolutly amazing. No matter where I was I never had less than 2 bars. Everyone always had to use my phone because theres had no signal.

The next great thing about this phone is the durability. I can't count the number of times I dropped this thing on the concrete with nothing wrong with it. I would cry if I dropped my new phone (Cingular 8125). I feel that this thing would completely shatter.

The only problem with this phone is the camera is absolute garbage. In the day time, the pictures are sub par of decent. Once the sun starts to go down however, don't even bother trying because all you will get is grain.

Over all this is a great phone and I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

This phone is excellent! Mine has been dropped in the toilet when on, thrown against a wall, slammed in the car door 3 times and it still works! It is tiny, light weight, and strong as a brick! I have never had any problems what so ever with this phone, and plan to replace it with another T637 if and when this one decides to go out on me! Excellent, excellent phone!

As a flip-phone hater, the ericsson offers everything I need in a small package. It has all of the options a person actually needs, plus fun ones also. The only thing lacking is a music ringtone player (it only has polyphonic). bluetooth is great, camera, excellent memory, and many many options. I have used this phone for 3 years throughout the US and Europe and never had a problem. I bought this phone for my husband, and he likes it also. I have dropped my phone literally over 50 times and it still works!

This is a great little phone. It is compact but packed with features, with a joy stick for easy control. I can hear well with the phone and has loud tones.

this phone powers on fully, really fast. no waiting. also takes good pictures, and all the menues are easy to navigate. this phone does not suffer from interference, from other electrical devices of any kind. very solid and attractive phone.

One of the benefits from Cingular (At&T) is the SIM Cards where all your information is registered and therefore you can change from thelephone as fast as you can load the card in an new phone. In my case my previous cell phone "died" and I only had to look for a good one, cheap ne on eBay with Cingular option.

The camara on this phone works great it could be a little more in the way of quaity of the pic but it works great, The bluetooth is the main reason for my purchases of this phone i could not be more pleased with that side of it just wonderful.

good little candy bar size phone that gets good signal and great bluetooth connection.

It's a newer model, but hard to work with in service / repair compared to T616.

I am a Mac user, and this was the first Bluetooth enabled phone I ever purchased. In a word, it is FANTASTIC! It is very easy to use Bluetooth File Exchange on my Mac to tranfer ringtones I downloaded for free (at myt610.lasyk.net), and to transfer my own photos I cropped with iPhoto. Forget putting pictures in your wallet -- this is much better --> a digital photo album! Also works well with iSync to tranfer phone numbers and iCal for events. I would highly recommend this phone.

I LOVE this phone. I never had trouble with it. I had it for 2 yrs, dropped it LITERALLY 100 times or more and worked perfect. Signal was amazing!

This particular model is very easy to navigate. It is bar shaped for those of us who prefer that to a flip phone. I love the menu set up. It has easy to use features. You can take picture vertically or horizontally and rotate them to fit your need. It has vrally 2, which is a great game. Bluetooth and infrared connectivity. The only problem with the phone is you cannot download music tones only polyphonic tones.

I purchased this phone because of Sony Ericssons reputation. I am very glad that I did. I made the purchase on eBay and it was a used model. I didn't receive any instructions with the phone but that is OK. It was pretty easy to figure everything out. There are features on the phone that I personally don't use ie. Java, Email, Instant Messaging, Blue-tooth and a few more. It also has a set up that allows you to shop for ring tones, backgrounds, and themes. I like the phone because it is small but VERY durable. I have already dropped it a time or two (OK, 4) and it still works well. If you are looking for a con to go with all the pros of this phone, the only thing I can think of is that I can not hear it ring inside my pocketbook. As for easy and durable as well as convenient in size this is the right phone for me.

I love the size and call quality. Those to me are the two most important things. I had a lot of trouble with my cingular service up until I started using this phone, now my calls are crisp, clear, and well-heard. The camera, I really don't find camera phones necessary, is pretty decent. The only thing I would say that could be improved about this phone is the keypad. It takes a bit of time to figure it out.

It is as good of a cell phone as Sony Ericsson has made yet, (not saying much) Sony needs to go back to making cameras, etc and Ericsson needs to... well get the picture. They work good in good areas, out were calls are not so easy this phone will fail. Camera is good, as long as you don't mind getting the book out everytime you use it, Sony's phones have always been hard to get around.
