Sony Dual Shock 3 Controller for PlayStation 3

It's basically a PS3 controller that includes rumble technology.

The good stuff - It's the same controller as before but now with rumble technology. Includes all the previous stuff like wireless ability, motion control etc.

The bad stuff - Battery doesn't last as long when playing rumble enabled games.

Overall if you have a PS3 and a considering a new controller this should really be the defacto choice.

I received the dual shock 3 for the Playstation 3 and i have to say, im quite satisfied. The PS3 came with six axis controller but didn't include the vibration function, which was a big letdown for me. Naturally, when the dual shock 3 came out, i had to get it. the response reaction is perfect and it makes you feel like you're in the game. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking about it.

After playing my PS3 for a year with the old non-vibrating controllers, I decided to grab a Dual Shock 3. I now feel more involved in the game! My worry that the controller's battery life would be greatly diminished did not come true. This controller has outstanding battery life for hours of play. So how does it compare to the old corded style? Well... it's been a long time since I've used one, but it feels the same. The only difference is the Six Axis motions and a very small whine when the motors kick in. The whine cannot be heard when the game volume is on, besides, I didn't even notice it until I muted my game and played for a few minutes.

If you havn't gotten a Dual Shock 3 and are still using the old non-vibrating model, dude, you need to upgrade!

So far it works perfectly! We saved about $25 buy purchasing from Ebay.

I don't like thieves and this person had took my money and never sent me my controller. I wish I wouldn't have won the bis. I told ebay I might have found this guy using a different alias but I'm still waiting to see what they can or will do. I might have to start being smarter on ebay buying things for this economy we will be in great struggles until they do away with the Fed but not many Americans know that this collapse was all planned to create a world centralized bank.

The controller was very attractive. But, when I got my hands on the controller, it felt different. The buttons were to raised up and were to "clicky". When plugged into my PS3, both the controller ports 1 and 2 lighted up. Which meant, it was broken. Which is quite unfortunate because the white was really nice.

This was a counterfeit controller. It doesn't work on my ps3, and when i tried to get my money back through paypal i was told that i needed to submit a tracking number. However, the tracking number and shipping the item back costs me more then the controller itself. This person is not on ebay anymore, and i am very upset to have been scammed. Don't buy any of these supposed "ps3" controllers from hong kong, because they are all very good counterfiets.

I cannot contact the seller to get my money back because the seller is no longer listed. I did receive the items however they will NOT sync/work with my Play Station. I have done research and think that these are of the FAKE batch of controllers that everyone is saying they come in real Sony boxes and look real however they do not work.

I got this product and it did not work and I ordered 2 and Got only one. There is Flaws in this process due to missing products and/or not working correctly. Having to file claims and most of the time it does not resovle the issues. I had to file a claim on this Product and waiting for a review back what will happen. So I really had a problem with this product and dislike it.

It was a fake. I try to get in contact with the seller but by that time he was a member any more. In all there years I have never lost on eBay.

Hi I bought this controller and it is just what it says. The only diffrence is that it dosn't have that glossy finish like the one that came with my PS3 but it's still good true brand. It came with a usb charger cable also which I though was and extra ensetive.

When the listing says its NEW you would think the box would be sealed. the last 2 i bought from other sellers were sealed but noooooo not this seller, box was cut open and functionality of controller didnt work right.... if this seller opened box to make sure it worked right that would be a good thing .... its obvious he replaced it with a non working one why else would it be an OPEN BOX. listing never mentioned "OPEN BOX" and now i have to pay for shipping NOT FAIR i will never buy from this seller again i don't trust this seller

Perfect working controller not a 2nd grade. If you are looking for a good controller pick the Sony brand.

My son loves it very much as a second remote for his so now he does not have to travel with his remote

This Sony Dual Shock 3 Controller is not a true Sony controller. It does work but it isn't a smooth as a real Sony controller. For the price I think it is a good buy. I think if I new more about the playstation I would probably have bought a real controller and not a clone. The seller was honest and fast and a very good ebayer.

i bought for a new controller and the seller delivered to my a used and damage controller. i call the seller regarding who will pay the return shipping and he told me that i will have to pay that shipping return. the seller took my money and never he didn't return me back my money

I bought it cause it was cheap, Now I now why, bought the item July-22-09, and I still have not receive it, I had to put a claim in, and I got my money back.

Controller is OK. It was a cheap soultion to my 1 controller woes.

It turns out this controller is wired so when you take out the charge cord the controller doesn't work.

I thought it was an official ps3 controller but it wasn't.

It still plays tho so I guess you can't be too upset.

As per the item description, I was supposed to receive an original PS3 Dual Shock Controller. Instead, not only did I receive a knock-off product, but it did not function properly - it turned on, but would not sync with my PS3. I could product was an imitation because the labeling on the back has errors compared to an original controller and there were some finishing details in the plastic that are not the same quality as the original.

To make matters worse the seller refused to issue a refund and I had to file an claim through Paypal (which is a long and inconvenient process).
