    I have two of these Sony DVP-CX777ES changers (and am currently looking for a 3rd) controlled by an Escient DVDM-552 Digital Media and DVD Changer. I previously owned both Sony's DVP-CX985V and DVP-CX995V changers. The 777ES truly is worthy of the Elevated Standard (ES) badge. The GUI is not the best or easiest to navigate, and scrolling through DVD titles does have some lag. However, if you are looking for a changer that can be connected to a controller, this is the model to go with. The RS-232 port and support by multiple changer management vendors makes this one a gem... at least until the HDDVD vs. Blu-ray Battle is settled and Sony releases a Blu-Ray changer.
