Sony came through with an excellent unit. The audio is crisp and clear. The units audio options are numerous, with the ability to change the type of audio' based on the show being watched. These audio options are linked to the device that you are using (ie: pro logic multiple to the DVD player). There are plenty of inputs for a component unit. The video quality is excellent as well. I feel that 1 thing needs improvement. HDMI output is only used with the DVD player, there needs to be an HDMI input and output for the TV source as well.
