Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F717 5.0 Megapixel

I bought this camera from Shawn Young, Seller ID s6905. The camera didn't whork when I received it. I paid extra for insurance when I bought it. I didn't know that the seller made himself the insured. I filed a claim with UPS and they picked up the camera and took it to their inspection facility. When I tried to follow up, they wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't the insured. They will only talk to Shawn Young and they will not return the camera to me. I filed a claim with PayPal because the seller refused to refund the money. PayPal refused to pay unless I mailed the camera back to Shawn Young. Catch 22. So now he has my money. He has the camera. He has the claim with UPS. So much for PayPal's Buyer Protection guarantee.
