Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F1 0.31 Megapixel

Bought this camera as a back-up to one originally purchased in 2000 (for $499 no less!) For simple, quick photos with easy album set-up on your PC, this little gem can't be beat! I used my first one to photograph the water fountains I was building. These were beautiful outdoor shots of the fountains on my deck in full sunlight, and I would put the clarity and vivid color on a par with the 6 MP Pentax I got last year.
My dog chewed the camera-to-PC cable, and I was shopping for a replacement, when I happened on this sale with everything I needed PLUS another camera! I love this compact, simple, stylish instrument and would recommend it to someone who is tired of setting buttons and wheels - very user-friendly!

By today's standards the camera is decidedly average ( my phone has more pixels ! ) but there is something incredibly user friendly about this camera. So nice that I have had one for some timne and bought another as back up. No messing with memory cards bla bla bla Just switch on - point and shoot. Downoads easily and you can store over 100 pictures with the built in memory. Its chunky , feels good and for holiday ' snapping ' it's terrific. Serious photographers need not apply , this one's just pure fun.
