This monitor was shipped in perfect condition and when it arrived ,it was busted all to peices. The sellar I know did not send it like this. He refunded my money immediately after I sent him the pictures. FEDEX was the shipper and they refused my claim to make it good. This Ebay seller is the type person I would like to deal with all the time for his honesty and quick response with a refund.
