
Very good recipes :)
I really like this book - the recipes are relatively easy to prepare with commonly found ingredients. This book makes following the Sonoma Diet alot easier, especially if you need variety. I don't know why I was surprised to see only one dessert recipe for the initial portion of the diet, but that only lasts a short time, then for the second there are some very nice recipe choices in here. Just mentioning that because I have quite a sweet tooth and am by far not alone in that ;). Give it a look, if you like Mediterranean cuisine you'll really like this cookbook!
