
Finally, I don't feel guilty enjoying a meal!

Balance is the keyword here. Common sense and practical, easy to understand and implement are just a few words to describe this great book! I love it because it clears the clutter, gets rid of the fear of food, and helps you put it into perspective - enjoy a meal, dine not scarf your food, and have fun putting your meals together, with balance and logic. It gives us permission to enjoy, with a balance.
On the down side - I wish I had found this sooner, I spent so much on other diet books - but I really love this! I can pick and choose what I want to eat, and enjoy it without feeling guilty!
