It's really hard to believe anyone can lose weight eating like this, but you can! Worlds easier to stay with for the long haul than something like Atkins because it's so much less restrictive. This "diet" (way of life, really, because you can eat like this forever) has such bold flavors and satisfying foods that I can't imagine needing to cheat. If you like Mediterranean cuisines and you've tried and had some success on Atkins but couldn't stay with it, like me, you've got to give this a try - you won't believe how wonderful it is! Follow the rules and you'll enjoy a nice, steady, moderate weight loss (don't look for 10lb a week...) and you'll feel so much better - more energy, idk... just a general "feel-better" feeling. Try it, you'll see :)
