
Overall, a great book
This is a great diet, very similar to one I was already on - so that didn't take much of an adjustment. Its very easy to follow. However, the first part of the book is VERY repetitive, and gets a little hard to read after a while. Most of this is very self-explanatory, and you can follow the recipes easily.
Everyone must try the "Pepper-Lime Chicken" and the "Chile-Mint Burgers".
