This Album is pretty good and I like that the majority of the songs are vocal songs as opposed to instrumental. However I wouldn't label this album as some of Tom Petty's best work. There are few really good songs on the album but the rest sound like fillers to me. I suppose that comes with having to write lyrical songs to a movie. I would suggest alternative purchases if you are looking at his later works to buy such as Echo and Last DJ.

it starts out a little on the heavier tom side but then goes to the solid tom i like best. i would suggest it for a fan or a new comer to tom both.

Ok CDThe only reason I bought the cd was because I could download or find the single "Walls" anywhere. I bought this whole cd so I could have one song. The cd is ok, and I am not disapointed in it's quality at all. The songs are average, except for Walls that is pretty awesome.

Mostly, I just needed a b-day present for my sister and she likes Tom Petty, I asked her if she'd like it, she said yes, even though she'd never heard of the movie or the album, it was only a buck, so I bought it for her. She liked it. I didn't think it was all that bad either, even though I'm not a Tom Petty fan. Sounds like he grew up a bit from his "Refugee" days. Didn't like that stuff, but the Alice In Wonderland video was cool! And so was the, "Let's Get To The Point" / "A Girl On LSD" single.
